Our Rapid Recovery Massage Guns & Balls are covered with a one year manufacturer’s warranty. If your massage gun experiences a manufacturing fault that is not due to user error or misuse within 1 year of purchase, you may send it back for repair or replacement.

Our Rapid Recovery Compression Boots are covered with an 18 Month Manufacturer’s warranty. If your compression device experiences a manufacturing fault that is not due to user error or misuse within 18 months of purchase, you may send it back for repair or replacement.

This warranty excludes:

· Damage Caused by Accident, Abuse, Mishandling or Transport.

· Units subjected unauthorized repair.

· Units that are not used in accordance with instructions.

· Damage exceeding the cost of the product.

· Deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage and/or safeguarding conditions on the clients premises.

· Failure to provide the dated proof of purchase.
